My friends and I were watching Oliver and Company the other night. Georgette and Rita are my favorite characters, so I started doodling them during the second half of the flick.
There's proportionately too much RitaxDodger art on dA. I had to do something about that. :}
Oh, and I threw together a sloppy background for this, but it's so craptastic that I decided not to share it. I might try again later after I get some sleep.
Small view does not do this any justice. Great work!
I don't think I've seen Oliver and Company. I remember seeing a preview and thinking, "This looks awesome!" I was 6 or so. xD Maybe I'll watch it sometime.~
Georgette looks unusually happy....wow, Georgette...I had no idea!
This movie seems to be overlooked a lot with the Disney shit. I've got a big ol' production model sheet of one of the dobermans hidden somewhere in my closet.
XD Seriously, right? I'd like to do some more finished doodles of these two looking more in character. ... But first I wanted to get the cute stuff out of the way. >>;
The dobermans were awesome. It seems very fitting that you have a model sheet of them. XD ... Except that it's Disney and you're not a Disney person.
o.o That's too coincidental, I was watching this yesterday with my sister. I loved Oliver and Company when I was a kid...*coughandnowcough* Rita was always my favourite, and Tito.
